At Canuck Cold Plunges, our mission is to make cold plunging more accessible by providing the best value cold plunge equipment/components for athletes, wellness enthusiasts, and commercial settings, across Canada & USA (UK coming soon). We accomplished this by not cutting corners! Canuck Cold Plunge equipment uses only high-quality materials and components to maximize equipment lifetime, aesthetics, and ease of operation. Our Story - How It All Began

As a self-proclaimed bio-hacker, our founder has been cold plunging for almost a decade, along with other bio-hacks like sauna and red light therapy. After being restricted from public cold plunging during COVID and the cold showers just not cutting it, it became his purpose to find a better alternative than the low-quality and overpriced cold plunge equipment, or prohibitively expensive premium models. 

After searching far and wide, he simply couldn’t find an option that checked all of the boxes without an obscene price tag… So he started prototyping his own!

Industry Expertise

 

Right away, our founder noticed that a lot of the most popular cold plunge equipment used inferior or uncompliant parts, which weren't certifiable to North American standards - putting personal health and safety at risk. So, he began looking into North American laws and regulations for specific cold plunge standards and quickly discovered that the standards hadn’t caught up with the wave of cold water immersion. After bringing this to the attention of a major standards association, he was asked to help create/write the code that would address the standards for the cold plunge industry. After months of collaboration with industry professionals, his input helped to update the standards that now keep cold plungers safe.

Since then, we’ve spent year after year considering direct customer feedback to improve upon our offerings. We are not just selling cold plunge equipment—we are deeply committed to creating the perfect cold water immersion experience that optimizes functionality, durability, ease of use, and aesthetics.
